The control panel features a backlit LED display that shows speed and operating time. The display disappears when switched off, revealing the handle's chrome in all its elegance. With two function buttons, you can choose from up to nine speed settings for mixing, whipping, and turbo function. This electric hand mixer allows you to prepare both sweet and savory dishes: it comes with three different stainless steel whisks: the classic beaters for light doughs, hooks for vigorous kneading, and a whisk for fluffy egg whites and whipped cream. Two whisks for airy textures like whipped cream, sauces, or meringue; two beaters, ideal for semi-hard doughs like cookie dough and cake bases; two kneading hooks for yeast dough products like pizza or bread dough.
