SmallRig Advanced Cage Kit for RED KOMODO-X 4335

The SmallRig Basic Cage Kit for RED KOMODO / KOMODO-X is designed to facilitate low-angle shots, install a monitor, provide mounting options for accessories, and protect the camera body. The kit includes the cage (top plate, left plate, right plate, base plate), lens mount adapter support, NATO handle, and monitor mount.

The monitor mount can install the monitor and supports a 180° tilt and a 360° swivel adjustment for convenient monitoring. The top handle can be installed via the NATO clamp, which is easy to attach and detach; it can be adjusted back and forth after being loosened with a key to facilitate the use of the LCD screen on the top of the camera.

The cage features a new bionic design that is highly compatible with the camera's design concept. The modular design allows the top plate and base plate to be used independently. Once the top plate is removed, it is compatible with the KOMODO OUTRIGGER HANDLE and the DSMC3 RED TOUCH 7.0".

The kit is equipped with multiple built-in 1/4"-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 threaded holes, 3/8"-16 threaded holes, NATO rails, cold shoe mounts, and other connections to easily install the side handle 3847, microphone, Magic Arm 3873, and other accessories. An adapter for the lens mount can be attached to the front of the cage to protect the camera's lens mount and enhance shooting stability. A built-in slotted screwdriver and hex key at the bottom allow for easy disassembly and assembly.
