The spinous processes glide between the rows of balls, mobilizing the body's own forces and relieving the spine. Your patient lies on their back on the Spinefitter, and the training can begin. The Sissel back trainer is particularly useful in therapy, spinal gymnastics, yoga, or Pilates, whether in individual or group training. Thanks to its unique shape, the neck and shoulder area can be relaxed even in a resting position.
