The Spinefitter by Sissel is an elongated back trainer featuring 28 rows of dual ball structures, perfectly designed for the muscles close to the spine. The spinous processes glide along the rows of balls, mobilizing the body's own forces and relieving the spine. Your patient lies on their back on the Spinefitter, and the training can begin. The Sissel back trainer is particularly useful in therapy, spinal gymnastics, yoga, or Pilates in both individual and group training. Thanks to its unique shape, the neck and shoulder area can be relaxed even in a resting position.
