Stiff aluminum die-cast basket in a flat design with an internal ultra-strong neodymium magnet. This allows us to achieve a low installation depth of 41.5 mm without sound loss. We use a flat centering made of heat-resistant linen for long, controlled voice coil travel.

For long durability, the wires of the leads are woven into it. The 30 mm long-stroke voice coil is made of epoxy high-tech fiberglass and responds very spontaneously and quickly to music signals. Large ventilation openings in the basket below the centering ensure good cooling and low compression.

The diaphragm is produced using injection molding with carbon fiber and is attached to the chassis with highly dampening rubber surrounds. Additional diaphragm damping is provided by five asymmetric stiffening ribs.

This enables first-class bass reproduction.

The Neo-30 allows for excellent stage representation starting from 2,500 Hz – the most important requirement for high-level car audio. In combination with active crossovers, the lowest crossover frequency can be set at 1,500 Hz/24 dB. High load capacity and efficiency provide additional sound pressure reserves for undistorted live volume.
