Das Objektiv ist zwar an den Rändern nicht perfekt aber allemal als gut zu werten. Des Weiteren arbeitet es über den gesamten sehr solide und kann auch zu einem Preis um die 1.000 Euro durchaus empfohlen werden. Große Schwächen sind hier Fehlanzeige.
Das Sigma 18-35mm F1,8 DC HSM überzeugt im Test mit hoher Schärfe, toller Lichtstärke und solider Verarbeitung. Schon bei der sehr lichtstarken Offenblende erreicht das Standard-Zoom Topwerte. Allerdings arbeitet das Sigma 18-35mm F1,8 DC HSM nur an APS-C-Kameras. Ein Bildstabilisator fehlt.
Das Zoom von Sigma zeigt eine tolle Leistung und bietet fast über das gesamte Brennweitenfeld eine top Auflösung. Zudem ist es sehr gut bedienbar da das Fokusrad sehr exakt reagiert und gut arbeitet. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und der Autofokus leise.
Das Objektiv ist exzellent verarbeitet und bietet dem Nutzer fast in allen Bereichen Bestwerte. Das gilt sowohl bei der Auflösung als auch der Verzeichnung, die sehr gering ausfallen. Echte Schwächen sind hier Fehlanzeige.
Das exzellent verarbeitete Objektiv arbeitet mit seinem Motor extrem leise und kann dabei auch manuell nachjustiert werden. Die Werte bei Verzeichnung sowie der Vignettierung sind hier kein Problem und mit einer hohen Lichtstärke arbeitet es praktisch in allen Lagen sehr gut.
Das Sigma Objektiv besticht durch seine extrem hohe Leistung und den tadellosen Ergebnisse und das fast auf ganzer Linie. Eine hohe Lichtstärke sowie eine exzellente Verarbeitung führen dazu, dass das Sigma sehr leise arbeitet und dabei ebenfalls sehr gut zu bedienen ist. Die logische Folge: Testsieger!
