Siemens SIEM selectivity module
Product details
SITOP SEL1200 48V 10 A selectivity module, 4-channel with switching characteristics. Input: DC 48 V/40 A, Output: DC 48 V/4x 10 A. Threshold adjustable from 1-10 A with monitoring interface. The SITOP SEL1200 selectivity module is the optimal complement for all 48 V power supplies to distribute and monitor load current across multiple branches. Overloads and short circuits in one or more branches are reliably detected. Short-term current peaks, such as those caused by high inrush currents, are allowed by the electronics, while branches with prolonged overloads are switched off. This is ensured even on high-resistance lines and in the case of creeping short circuits. The intact branches remain powered, minimizing downtime of the system. Faulty branches are indicated by LEDs on the device as well as through a common alarm contact or diagnostic monitor. Regardless of the industry or requirement, Siemens offers reliable and efficient power supplies for every system.
