Siemens Energy cost meter

Product details
There are specific requirements for the measuring technology in this case. A third-party supply occurs when your company provides electricity for final consumption to another natural or legal person. This includes, for example, electricity consumption in rented premises, construction electricity, or a managed cafeteria. Leased devices such as vending machines, printers/copiers, or rented IT infrastructure are also considered third-party consumers.
Without self-supply – PAC2200 MID: Without self-supply, the recording and allocation of electrical active power (kWh) can be adequately performed with a MID-certified measuring device, the PAC2200 MID. The accrued shares of self-consumption and third-party consumption can be balanced and reported annually.
With self-supply – PAC2200 CLP: If you also consume self-generated electricity for which you pay a reduced EEG levy, a quarter-hourly measurement must ensure the simultaneity between self-generated and consumed energy by recording the active power (kWh) in 15-minute intervals and synchronizing with the legal time. The PAC2200 CLP (Certified Load Profile) supports this by generating the active power intervals in accordance with legal metrology and storing them for 2 years.
