The electronically delayed auxiliary switch features a delay on release and does not require a control signal. It includes a relay with 1 normally open (NO) and 1 normally closed (NC) contact, a time range of 0.05 to 100 seconds, and operates at an AC/DC voltage of 24-240 V at 50/60 Hz. A varistor for suppressing contactor coil voltage is integrated. Connection is made via screw terminals, and the auxiliary switch can be mounted on the front of contactors 3RT2 and auxiliary relays 3RH2.

The electronically delayed auxiliary switches SIRIUS 3RA28 allow for the time-delayed switching of subsequent circuits and are suitable for mounting on contactors 3RT2 and auxiliary relays 3RH2. They provide high setting accuracy through selectable time ranges and feature an integrated electrical interlock as well as a factory-integrated varistor (protection circuit).

The simple and tool-free mounting allows for the implementation of control-independent time functions without additional wiring, thereby avoiding wiring errors and reducing testing costs. The front-side mounting saves space on the DIN rail. The devices are globally applicable thanks to international approvals (e.g., IEC, CCC, UL/CSA).

The electronically delayed auxiliary switches are available for contactors 3RT2 and auxiliary switches 3RH2 in sizes S00 to S3. They are offered with a flexible wide voltage range of AC/DC 24-240 V, selectable outputs of 1 NC + 1 NO or 1 W, and in screw or spring-loaded connection technology. Wiring kits and a sealable cover are available for the electronically delayed auxiliary switches.
