Showtec LED Octostrip Set MKII

The LED Octostrip MKII is the successor to the popular Octostrip. It is a complete plug-and-play set consisting of 8 LED strips, a controller, and eight 5-meter long XLR extension cables. The new LED Octostrip MKII can control the 4 individual RGB sections of each strip as well as the corresponding dimmer and strobe settings. The controller supports the Artnet protocol, making it easier to use the device in full RGB mode (192 channels). It comes with new color presets and pre-set horizontal and vertical color flow effects that can be accessed via DMX (6CH, 8CH, 14CH, 24CH, 26CH, 50CH, 96CH, 112CH, 192CH, and 208CH). With the exact same hardware design, the new Octostrip MKII can be easily combined with the Octostrip MKI on stage. However, in this case, the old and new versions should not be operated in auto mode, as the pre-set programs are not the same. You can use both sets in one setup if you set it to 6CH, as these DMX settings are the same.
