The Sharkoon Skiller SGK50 S3 delivers a thoroughly coherent overall package in this test. In terms of the very pleasant typing feel and the harmonious background noise, it doesn't have to hide behind significantly more expensive gaming keyboards. The ability to change keycaps and switches quickly and easily is also often only found on much more expensive gaming keyboards...

Product details
With the SKILLER SGK50 S3, we expand the possibilities: The hot-swappable gaming keyboard features a well-thought-out 75% layout and is fully customizable from the switches to the key arrangement. This is made possible by compatibility with all mechanical switches with 3 and 5 pins, as well as the open-source software QMK and VIA. Additionally, a dual-layer silicone dampening and a polycarbonate positioning plate provide a rich sound and even lighting.
The SKILLER SGK50 S3 comes with a selection of pre-installed Gateron switches: For gaming, you can choose between the popular red switches or the crisp yellow switches, both with a linear characteristic and an imperceptible actuation point. For a mix of gaming and work, the tactile brown switches with a non-audible but noticeable actuation point are ideal.
