AKG Pro C568 B

With its high directional sensitivity and wide frequency range, the relatively short AKG C568 B is ideal for use in theater, PA systems, film, and television. Due to its compact and lightweight design, it is also particularly well-suited for mounting as a camera microphone. Below 500 Hz, the AKG C568 B has a hypercardioid pattern, and above this point, the acoustic interference tube enhances the directionality. A switchable 12 dB/octave 120 Hz low-cut filter effectively suppresses thumps and wind noise. The robust all-metal housing also integrates the preamplifier. It requires phantom power of 9-52 volts for operation.
