Author: Nico Semsrott. Nico Semsrott is a professional demotivation trainer. When you search for "failure" on YouTube, he is the first result. His birthday is the combination of the atomic disasters Fukushima (March 11) and Chernobyl (1986). On his 18th birthday, the terrorist attacks in Madrid occurred, and on his 23rd birthday, the school shooting in Winnenden took place. Although he aims to be a role model in failure, he won the German Small Arts Prize in 2017. He performs on stages in Central Europe, on the internet, and on the "heute-show.".
