The Spitfire was designed for the advanced sport flyer. It is a semi-scale aircraft that is easy to fly and quick to assemble. The airframe is conventionally built from balsa wood and plywood, making it stronger than an average ARTF, yet the aircraft remains lightweight. You will find that most of the work has already been done for you, with the hinges pre-installed. Flying the Spitfire is simply fun.
