With the DM1, SE Electronics offers an active inline preamp for passive microphones that require extremely high preamplification. The DM1 Dynamite is ideal for this and can easily be placed between the microphone and mic preamp to tease out an additional, transparent and clean 28 dB of gain - without any noise or colouration. The output impedance is also the lowest in its class. Long cable runs can therefore be mastered with ease, while the susceptibility to interference, humming and hum is reduced. (Of course, the shorter the cable, the better). And of course the unique dynamite design should not go unmentioned. This explosive pole looks great in any studio.
