Electro-Magnetic Remapping (EMR) is a technology developed by Scuf to enable "on-the-fly" remapping. This feature allows players to reassign the rear paddles to most face buttons (X, O, Square, Triangle, L3, R3, left D-pad, right D-pad) using the Scuf EMR Mag Key.

Three core functions make up the trigger system: the adjustable hair trigger mechanism, quick trigger stops, and trigger extenders. Fine-tuned, adjustable triggers help locate the sweet spot during gameplay and reduce unnecessary latency, particularly effective for FPS games.
