Product details

The B 1 D primarily works in the axial direction. Therefore, it is used as a pop filter rather than a windscreen. It is exclusively designed for axially addressable microphones, such as the MK 4, MK 41, and not for the MK 6, MK 8, or capsules with a "V" in the model designation. The same applies to the corresponding CCM compact microphones. Its effectiveness is roughly equivalent to that of the significantly bulkier B 5 D, and its influence on sound is expectedly somewhat greater.
