Lexium Cobot is a series of collaborative robots that assist workers with repetitive tasks. This Cobot controller monitors collaborative robots with a payload capacity of 12 kg to 18 kg, operating at an input voltage of 100 V to 240 V AC, 50-60 Hz. It features a high-speed input for conveyor tracking, 16 digital inputs and outputs, as well as 2 analog inputs and outputs. Lexium Cobot is designed to support workers in completing strenuous tasks and to protect their health by automating assembly lines. The protection rating is IP44. Additionally, it offers a communication interface (RJ45 connector) for TCP/IP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, ProfiNet, and Ethernet/IP. The housing is made of aluminum and steel and weighs 16 kg. Its dimensions are 410 mm in width, 307 mm in height, and 235 mm in depth. This Cobot controller is designed to be mounted on the floor next to the robot arms within their working area. It is certified according to GB11291.1, EN ISO10218-1, EN60204-1, EN ISO12100, EN ISO13849-1, EN61000-6-2, EN61000-6-4 +A1, ISO13849-1/2, ISO14644-1/9001, and CE marked. The Cobot controller is connected to the robot via a 6-meter-long cable and is intended to be placed near the robot.
