The Modicon M173 PLC in optimized version is part of the Modicon M171/M172/M173 series, a control solution for HVAC/pump applications. The controller features 6 digital inputs, 7 analog inputs, 5 digital outputs (2 SSR), and 4 analog outputs. With integrated and optional interfaces, the controller is flexibly networkable. It includes two RS485 interfaces and a CAN expansion bus connection. This is a programmable logic controller designed for complete automation solutions for HVAC and pumping systems, equipped with an LCD display. The controller is compatible with I/O expansion modules and secure interfaces. Power supply is provided via 24 VAC / 24 VDC. Connections are made using removable screw terminals (included in the delivery). Installation is on a 35mm DIN rail or mounting plate with fastening accessories. It is programmed with the free EcoStruxure Machine Expert - HVAC software.
