The XEEN CF series of XEEN Cine lenses is characterized by the surprisingly small dimensions of the individual lenses and their extremely low weight. With approximately 40% less volume and 20-30% less weight compared to previous lenses, new possibilities open up for filmmakers. As the world's first Cine lenses, the CF lenses utilize a carbon fiber lens cylinder - hence the name: Carbon Fiber. The absolutely high-quality craftsmanship combined with low weight is a significant advantage of the XEEN CF lenses.

8K resolution, full-frame image circle
The XEEN CF lenses deliver 8K resolution and an image circle of 43.3mm. This means that full-frame cameras can use these lenses, as well as professional Cine cameras like the ARRI Alexa and Alexa Mini, the Canon EOS C700, the Sony Venice, or the RED Helium and Dragon. Cameras with larger sensors like the ARRI Alexa LF and the RED Monstro can utilize the XEEN CF lenses in most modes, except for Open Gate. Smaller sensors like APS-C and APS-H can, of course, also be used with the XEEN CF lenses.

Versatile
The XEEN CF lenses are available with PL, Canon EF, and Sony E mounts. The variable look of the image is another feature highlighting the versatility of these lenses: At wide open aperture, you achieve the typically soft vintage look of older lenses, often referred to as "creamy": warm, balanced skin tones, gentle bokeh, and subtle, harmonious highlights. This effect gradually diminishes until aperture T2.8. From here, the image becomes clear and "crisp": crystal-clear contrasts and sharpness extending to the corners allow for capturing sober, cool, and factual images. In combination with ND filters, completely different looks are possible with just one lens.
