The new Cinema Prime lens XEEN 20mm T1.9 is bright, suitable for full format, interior focusing and versatile. Like all XEEN Cinema Prime lenses, the XEEN 20mm T1.9 resolves with 4K and is similar in design to the other lenses in this line. This means that the housing diameter and the fixed gear rim distance for the aperture and focus ring are exactly the same for all models. The lens change, whether in the rig or on the tripod, is quick and easy, even when the follow-focus system is installed. As usual with cinema lenses, this XEEN lens also features a rasterless and continuously adjustable aperture with laterally readable aperture values and distance scale as well as sprockets for focusing using Follow Focus.

High-quality mechanics and processing

Of course, the 20mm T1.9 XEEN cannot only be used with cameras that have a full-frame sensor. Filming is of course also no problem with Super-35 mm, APS-C and APS-H camera sensors. The sharpness of this lens is impressive even when the aperture is fully open and can be precisely controlled via the 200° long focus radius.

The lens construction is built into a robust aluminium tube. The necessary settings on the Follow Focus or aperture ring are of course infinitely variable and can be attached to all Follow Focus systems with 0.8 mm sprockets. The 9 aperture blades of the 14mm Cinema lens provide an almost circular bokeh.
