The Dynamic Duo portafilter has a two-part boiler heating system. Thanks to PID temperature control, the boiler for the espresso supplies the water at exactly the right temperature for the best possible extraction. The separate steam boiler provides powerful steam immediately when needed, so that velvety milk foam of optimum quality is prepared at the same time as the coffee. In this way, you can also create latte art creations and coffee-milk specialties by hand. The LC display, together with the control buttons, makes it easy to operate the machine and has a timer for the extraction time (shot clock). For the amount of coffee, you have a choice of buttons for one or two shots, as well as manual control.
