The InVision Softie Lyre Mount utilizes the Lyre system to ensure complete isolation from handling and cable noise. The mount is provided with a lightweight pistol grip. Together, the suspensions and grip create a quick, easy, robust, and cost-effective shock mount for the rugged environment of modern ENG and location shoots. This universal shock mount features a soft-feel grip molded into the clip, securely holding the microphone and preventing slipping or twisting. The Lyres are extremely durable and nearly unbreakable, as they forgo elastic or wear-prone rubber parts. The pistol grip adds an extra element of versatility, as it includes a 3/8-inch thread for use with a boom pole.
