Type K and T penetration probes. Robust quality penetration probes. The spherical end of the handle allows for applying pressure to insert the tips into various solid and semi-solid measurement objects to measure temperature beneath the surface. The 6 mm needle probes are designed for use with frozen or particularly dense products. They are shock-resistant, allowing the sensor to be inserted into the item being measured. The stainless steel shaft material is food-safe. Waterproof construction for easy cleaning/sterilization. 2 m spiral cable made of polyurethane with molded connector.
