RS automatic drain valves are designed to automatically drain filter vessels, centrifuges, receivers, and other components. Automatic draining effectively removes condensate and contaminants. The time interval for draining or emptying can be preset to meet the requirements of your pneumatic system. It features precise self-activated control of fluids and air based on a preset program (media: air, gases, water, oil, etc.). The valve opens automatically for an adjustable time to drain condensate, with a duration of 0.5 to 45 minutes and frequency of opening adjustable. Discharge time ranges from 0.5 to 10 seconds, with minimal risk of internal clogging due to increased internal tolerances. LED indicator lights show operating status, and there is a test facility for manual overpressure protection. The timer and solenoid are rated IP65, including the connector. Operating temperature ranges are: timer/solenoid -20 to +40°C; valve environment -10 to +50°C; valve fluid -10 to +80°C.
