Professional convection oven from Royal Catering's catering supplies. The heating element operates at 2,150 W, while a convection heating system ensures even and rapid cooking. The convection allows for simultaneous cooking of various dishes without the need to rotate or swap the trays. The combi-steamer features a thermostat that can be adjusted between 70 and 250 °C, maintaining the set temperature continuously. The integrated timer can be used optionally and set between 0 and 120 minutes. After the selected time has elapsed, the hot air oven automatically shuts off. The housing and interior of the convection oven are made of high-quality stainless steel, which reacts neutrally when in contact with food and is particularly robust and easy to clean. The door, made of heat-resistant double-layer glass, allows for constant monitoring of the cooking process without having to open the door. Additionally, the door is equipped with a strong seal that retains heat inside. The heat-resistant handle allows for safe opening, while the separately switchable interior lighting provides an appealing presentation of the goods.
