Rosendahl Timepieces Arne Jacobsen Alarm Clock

Originally, the Danish designer created this table clock for the manufacturer Lauritz Knudsen in 1939, featuring a hand-wound movement made from a novel material called plastic. The round clock case rests on an elegant arc of stainless steel. As an upgrade to the original, the Danish manufacturer Rosendahl now equips each table clock with a modern quartz movement that reliably wakes you without the need for daily winding. Instead of a clattering metal bell, it features an electronic chime that gently increases in volume. Additionally, the modern version of the classic includes a backlit dial with a sensor switch and a snooze function. Rosendahl offers the Arne Jacobsen alarm clock with various dials: this table clock traditionally comes with modern Arabic numerals and dot-shaped markers.
