For filter shots and long exposures, photographers prefer durable and high-quality round filters due to their compact design and versatile applications. They are also easier to transport, for example, in a camera backpack. The new premium neutral density filters are available individually or in practical sets like this one. The Premium ND Filter Set includes an ND8, an ND64, and an ND1000 filter. These three intensities are excellent on their own for a variety of photographic challenges, but when combined freely, they offer nearly endless possibilities to realize your creative shooting ideas.

The relatively moderate ND8 round filter is used to prevent slight overexposure, gently smooth water surfaces, or create delicate motion effects.

With the 6 stops of the ND64 round filter, even longer exposure times can be achieved, transforming waves into nearly mirror-smooth surfaces and allowing unwanted people, vehicles, or animals to disappear from architectural photos.

With the strong ND1000 filter (10 stops), less than 0.1 percent of the incoming light reaches your camera's sensor. For very demanding and elaborate long exposures, complex landscape and building shots, or for particularly eye-catching motion effects, you use the ND1000 with an optical density of 3.0. Together, all three filters or in the necessary pair combinations open the door to extreme filter photography.
