Suitable as a patch cable in patch panels or as a device connection cable, intended for use in LAN applications. 100% component-level tested. Pre-assembled double-shielded twisted-pair patch cable with shielded RJ-45 connectors on both ends for use in Gigabit Ethernet networks. Durable thanks to the molded strain relief. Contact assignment: 1:1 according to EIA/TIA568, 8 wires. Construction: 8 stranded wires. Pair shielding: aluminum-laminated polyester foil. Overall shielding: copper braid. High-quality gold-plated contacts. Halogen-free, flame-retardant, low-smoke. These connection or patch cables for structured building cabling offer Category 6 component-level quality, meaning they have passed the rigorous component testing for Category 6.
