Product details
To adapt different cabling within a LAN, fiber optic converters can be used to create a functional network. Whether for converting fiber optic to a classic twisted pair network with a mini-GBIC or for converting fiber optic to another fiber optic network with two mini-GBICs, the ROLINE Gigabit converter offers both options. The ROLINE Gigabit converter converts a Gigabit Ethernet TP port to fiber optic or a fiber optic port to a second fiber optic port. The fiber optic connections can be freely chosen using mini-GBIC modules. Mini-GBIC modules are available for SX/LC and LX/LC (10 km and 20 km). Connections: RJ-45 on the TP side / 2 x mini-GBIC slots on the fiber optic side. Power is supplied via an included external power supply. Dimensions: 102 × 74 × 23 mm. Delivery includes: converter, quick start guide, plug-in power supply (5V DC, 2A).
