The DS1104Z-S Plus model is a 100 MHz 4-channel digital oscilloscope with outstanding features. LAN and USB control are standard, as are many mathematical functions. The S version includes a 2-channel, 25 MHz arbitrary function generator.

The DS1104Z-S Plus model has many functions and special features built-in without any additional cost. Further functions can be optionally unlocked via software key as needed. This ensures that the oscilloscope remains up-to-date even with increased measurement requirements.

The displayed measurement curves can be saved directly to an optional USB stick via the front USB host or transferred to a computer through the rear USB port. The large 17.78 cm TFT color monitor reliably displays all details.

The sampling rate is 500 MSa/s per channel and is bundled in single-channel operation, allowing for a sampling rate of up to 1 GSa/s. The UltraVision technology enables intensity-dependent representation of overlapping signal areas and a memory depth of 24 Mpts for detailed signal representation.

These functionalities make the DS1104Z-S Plus an exceptional measuring instrument that can adapt to your measurement needs.
