The DS1054Z model comes with a wide range of functions and special features built-in. Additional functions can be optionally unlocked via software key as needed. This ensures that the oscilloscope remains up-to-date even with increased measurement requirements. The displayed measurement curves can be directly saved to an optional USB stick via the front USB host or transferred to a computer through the rear USB port. The large 17.78 cm TFT color monitor reliably displays all details. The sampling rate is 500 MSa/s per channel and is bundled in single-channel operation, allowing for a sampling rate of up to 1 GSa/s. The UltraVision technology enables intensity-dependent representation of overlapping signal areas and a memory depth of 24 Mpts for detailed signal representation. These functionalities make the DS1054Z an exceptional measuring instrument that can adapt to your measurement needs.
