Product details

The dual transducer configuration combines the precise CL Dynamic and the dedicated high-frequency ceramic plate driver for a true-to-life sound. With a crossover configured to 8 kHz, the ceramic plate driver controls high frequencies, while the CL Dynamic transducer offers unparalleled accuracy in the bass and mid-range.

The CL1's ergonomic, high-density housings were manufactured using ceramic injection molding, a complex seven-step process. The result is a distinctive, extremely robust in-ear headphone with a low acoustic chamber resonance, eliminating distortion.

The CL1 features a detachable cable system with individual closing sMMCX connections for contact efficiency and durability. The CL1 is supplied with RGA's balanced Ag4x silver core cable with a 4-pin mini XLR connector for use with the Dacamp L1, in addition to a braided OFC cable with 3.5mm and 6.25mm connectors.

The CL1 Ceramic is supplied with two cables. The Ag4x cable uses silver, a particularly conductive metal, and is fully balanced: each channel, left and right, positive and negative, remains completely separate, from the source device to the transducer housings. The cable ends in a 4-pin mini-XLR connector designed for use with the Dacamp L1. The oxygen-free copper cable also has separate channels to eliminate the risk of cross-channel interference and offers both 3.5mm and 6.35mm connectors for use with a wide range of audio devices.

The CL1 features unique, patent-pending earhooks that hold the headphones firmly in place while the cable runs over and behind the ear. The earhooks are fully moldable to ensure a comfortable, secure fit and effective sound isolation.

The CL1 is designed for use with headphone amplifiers or powerful DAPs and smartphones.
