I was not sure about the pack, as I didn't know the company, and was impressed by the charging tech of this device. It's able to negotiate maximum power for charging and being charged over USB-C PD, and is one of the few devices I own that can power high-end laptops like the Macbook Pro and Thinkpad X series. I was amazed when I first used it to top up my MBP M1 max 16", it went from 50% to 100% in less than an hour, and the ZMI still had 40% after that.
It also handles low-power devices like smart watches and headphones, it has a special mode for that. When connecting it to another power bank (like a larger battery) you can't tell it wether it should charge or be charged - it seems random and you have to reconnect a lot until it does what you want. By contrast, power banks like the Sherpa 100AC let you control what direction (IN/OUT) you want.
I was a little annoyed at how little control you have though. There's a single button and a number display. When it's charging or being charged, this display blinks, and the bright white digits will light up a whole room. I ended up placing several layers of tape over the digits so the flashing lights don't disturb sleeping people.
I would recommend this unit, it's well-made, and one of the few units on the market right now with such a high capacity and charge output. After a couple of weeks of use it has become a key part of my daily travel/work kit.

The powerbank works perfectly and charges my laptop and smartphone. It is also possible to charge the powerbank at the same time. There is only one small catch with the USB-A port. In order to achieve the full charging speed (100W) on this port, the included proprietary Xiaomi USB-A to C cable is required. The other two USB-C ports adhere to the standard and work with any Power Delivery cable.

Very good portable battery that supports most charging standards and has a PPS (programmable power supply) mode at 11 and 20 volts. Does not support Samsung Super Fast Charging 2.0.
A double-click on the button activates the low-power mode, useful for very low-power devices that are not always detected by large portable batteries.
The battery's efficiency is 81%, making it one of the best on the market.
USB-A and C cables are supplied. The cable supplied must be used if you want to send 100 W from the USB-A port.
The charging screen lights up too brightly and flashes constantly during use. This is annoying, especially in a low-light environment.
The '210 W' claim is a bit of a misnomer. Yes, the battery manages (quickly) to output 210W by combining the orange USB-C and USB-A ports (with the cables supplied), but it overheats after a few dozen minutes. Complete discharge at 100 W is not a problem, however, and it doesn't heat up much.
Probably the best battery on the market in its category, I'd recommend it.

The size was too big for me, the return worked perfectly and without any problems. Thank you
