The headphones are quite quiet and if someone is sitting next to them, they can hear everything.

Sound quality commensurate with the price.
For the price, the sound quality is good, but not great. I always have a slight "chirping" sound. The battery life is somewhat misleading. The earphones run for about 4 hours, but can be recharged three to four times in the case. That's how you get the 12-hour runtime.

Poor quality microphone
I am very disappointed with the quality of the microphone. During a "normal" mobile phone conversation the caller has the impression that the Primo Trust user is on the other side of the earth and he/she also hears all the ambient noise. This product can only be used for listening to music but not for telephone conversations.
