    Buy the original Canon

Optical degradation during use. Buy the original Canon mk iii, more expensive but good quality!

    Contra

    • Poor optical quality

    Great converter

    Super teleconverter for most lenses.
    Attention -
DOES NOT WORK with the Sigma 150-600mm C Super Tele !
With all other lenses in my "bag" the converter works perfectly but for some reason it does not work with the big
Sigma - despite firmware update etc. etc..

    Pro

    • Good teleconverter at a reasonable price

    Contra

    • Not compatible with Sigma 150-600mm Contemporary

    top tip

I am very satisfied with the image quality and the workmanship.
Used on Canon EOS 7D II and EOS 5D IV. With telephoto zoom lenses f 4.0.
No real loss of quality detected, EXIF data is correct (so e.g. real 280mm instead
of just 200mm of the lens). No problems found with communication between camera and lens.

    Pro

    • well processed
    • optical performance
    • No problems with communication
    • Much cheaper than Canon

All in all a good quality product which performs well with both fixed and zoom lens.

Simple to use good build quality just as good as the Canon product it replaced. Small amount of quality around the edges however it is minimal and is to be expected. Used with a 100 - 400 Tamron zoom and a Canon 300 mm fixed length lens.

    Pro

    • Small and compact.
    • Easy to use.
    • Half the price of a Canon product.

    Contra

    • No hard case.
