The headset is great.
I have never really used it as a headset, but I often use it as a bluetooth receiver for my speakers and hi-fi system. It's very practical, but the battery could last a bit longer. But for the price, the lukewarm time (approx. 3.5 hours) is reasonable.

Very good value for money for this type of accessory.
Easier to use and store than a large Bluetooth headset for everyday use.
Works perfectly with the new Apple products (Ipad Air and Iphone 6).

My IPhone's headphone jack no longer works. Connect wirelessly with Sony's SBH20 and listen to music on the train and on the way is great.

Good device :-) can't complain about anything!
Price-performance ratio is more than good.
The headphones are also good. Battery lasts two to three days with a few hours of daily use.
Rechargeable via any micro USB plug.
Thanks

I only use the SBH20 as a streaming device on the stereo system. It works great and thanks to NFC it connects quickly. It is recommended! Unfortunately, the battery is a bit too small, so I deducted one star.

The small device can be stowed in any pocket or attached by means of a rotating clip. Always instantly connected to source device (with SONY Xperia Z3 tablet) and very good sound. Even the included headphones are much better than expected for this price. The controls (skip/play/pause/volume) are also very practical for on the go.

Super part, highly recommended.

Price-performance excellent. The device is easy to operate and works perfectly. There is a slight drop in wearing comfort, but this is again a subjective feeling.

Simply top!

Unbeatable price-performance ratio. Therefore also 5/5 for the sound. Unfortunately no Apt-X but versatile as a Bluetooth receiver.
Sound quality of the headphones with EQ adjustment is quite usable with a good player (bass out, midrange up - Android Neutron Player).
If you want better sound, you can connect other headphones.

Instead of the headset, which was probably intended for this purpose, I actually only use the device to send the music to the speaker monitors via Bluetooth instead of a cable connection.
Even the headphones that come with it sound surprisingly good. But you will certainly want to connect others later.
The thing is connected in no time via NFC and the sound quality is - I was a little sceptical at first - simply fantastic.
The thing costs almost nothing, even though the same model name, only in different colours, with "noise cancelling" is offered at twice the price at Digitec. That may be, but I don't want to investigate any further.

Works very well. Very good sound. Very practical for listening to music at home when moving around the flat. I can't confirm the comments in some of the reviews below that the sound is bad and there is noise: this bad sound only occurs when you take the unit straight out of the box and use it immediately, if you charge it first then the sound is tip-top. The only point of criticism is the design of the control elements: in the black version, the control buttons are extremely difficult to recognise, e.g. you cannot see whether the unit is now switched on or off. It would have been more helpful to use a different colour when designing the controls. Probably better recognisable in the other colour variations. Keep this in mind for a possible purchase.
In short: Although I love (almost) all my SONY products, I just can't do anything with the SBH20.
I wanted to use the SBH20 to be able to talk on the phone for a long time at my desk without getting mobile phone radiation directly in my ear.
I use a Samsung S4 mini. So far I have used it with the headset that came with it.
First NFC contact with the mobile phone started the GPS navigation app... (even now).
I then set it up normally via Bluetooth, which is no trick.
Once set up, the mobile phone always recognises the headset relatively quickly.
Unfortunately, I don't see the point of NFC here (especially if it doesn't work 100%).
If you press the play button and start the music app, you have to close the app on the mobile phone to be able to take calls.
SIP telephony works, for whatever reason, very badly. Either the other party can't hear me or I can't answer the call with the SBH20. And that's where the device died for me, because I mainly make SIP/VoIP calls.
Unfortunately, I will have to sell the product as it is not suitable for my application. Too bad!

Good price/performance ratio
Perfect for sport

I immediately replaced the headphones that came with it, they are rather bad. Otherwise very satisfied, sound quality hardly worse than with headphones plugged in directly (instead of Bluetooth). I can't say anything about the battery life yet.
The only negative point so far: The metal clip and its opening is a bit too narrow, so thicker clothes can be a problem. A longer, angled end would help.

The best headphones I've had for a mobile phone.

typical Sony quality, good and simple
+ very good sound quality for music, the sound quality is significantly better than with the Jagbar Clipper
+ light weight
- the battery could allow longer playing time, only an estimated 4 hours are possible
- the clipper is bad for handling when attaching it
