I have bought 2 of these headphones and had so far despite the high price only annoyance with it.
Each headphone needs its own audio output, the signals but also interfere with each other so that you can not sit in pairs next to each other and now dissolve after almost 3 years even the pads. Although we have worn the headphones max 5x because of the problems.
Really disappointing at the price.

I have 2 of these headphones with their own charging stations connected to the TV with a 3.5mm audio splitter cable. So that 2 people can watch independently (and deep into the night) Ferseh :-) This works tiptop and the headphones do not interfere with each other.
The only problem that appeared briefly was that there were intermittent dropouts. But that was due to the positioning of the station. After this was moved a little, there were also no more dropouts. So very satisfied with these headphones!

I doubt that I've had two assembly models in a row, and I suspect that Sennheiser no longer checks very closely whether their products live up to their promises.
My main complaint is the noise, which should no longer occur with a digital device. Also, with the switchable bass, you can only hear it well at high volumes. When it's quieter, there's almost no difference! And when you switch on these surround modes, the bass is also less, which is a real shame. Not to mention the leatherette cover, which encourages sweating very soon. Why can't Sennheiser make replacement pads with velour or velvet if they offer them separately?
The range of 100 metres is not real. From 10 meters the sound disappears. This headset is not a good buy

Very "dry" sound, the bass is short-circuited, if I could I would gladly exchange it
