Grandma is happy again.
My grandmother's TV set broke down and she contacted Swisscom in despair. She thought the TV receiver was no longer working. The friendly Swisscom employee explained to her that the TV was defective and that she should get a new one. My grandmother - no longer the youngest lady - called me in despair and said she couldn't carry a TV home.... 2 days later, my grandma received mail from digitec. The courteous postman even carried the parcel up to the first floor. The following evening, I connected the TV at my grandma's house and for the past 4-5 months, my grandma has been watching her favourite TV programmes again with complete satisfaction. Thank you digitec ^_^

Great device. Intentional tilt to the rear?
We bought this TV about 2 weeks ago and are satisfied.
What we noticed, however, is that the TV is slightly tilted backwards.
I wonder if this is also the case with other owners of this device...?

Good TV at a good price
For the price, this is a very good TV. The picture is good, the sound is top and there are enough connections. Unfortunately, the pre-installed apps cannot be deleted and Samsung's repair service is complicated.
You just get what you pay for.
