Samsung Level On Wireless Pro

I bought the pre-model "Samsung Level On Wireless (On-Ear, Black Sapphire)" at Digitec. Sound and performance are quite good. Wearing comfort is also ok. Unfortunately, the headphones are a bit too heavy, which is why they tend to slip when you move around. I will therefore buy a lighter model next time.
The big minus is the workmanship and the product design. Above the folding hinges, when the headphones are put on and taken off, the entire force of the bending up is given to the upper plastic cover = predetermined breaking point = crystal-clear design error = only a question of time until it breaks. Unfortunately, I only noticed this flaw when it broke on the first side. This was exactly 3 weeks after the expiry of the 2-year warranty period. I immediately reported the case to Digitec and asked for a goodwill offer. Unfortunately, I was told off with a standard answer (warranty expired etc.). This is a great pity, as it is obviously a product design fault which will lead to a defect sooner rather than later if the product is used normally.
Since the incident, I have been experimenting with superglue on a regular basis, but it only lasts for 2-3 weeks... In the meantime, the other side has also broken... Very disappointing, as the product was not cheap! Very disappointing also from Digitec, to leave a long-time and loyal customer out in the cold in such a case... It didn't have to be a complete replacement, I would have been happy to receive X amount of credit and then bought a new (different) pair of headphones from Digitec.
To cut a long story short: the product is actually good, but due to a predetermined breaking point, I can't recommend buying them!

For those who are satisfied with a mid-range headphone and a lot of plastic, this product is highly recommended

Quite massive for on-ear, i.e. over-ear model. As someone who wears glasses, it soon becomes uncomfortable to wear them. A positive feature is the easy connection of a mobile phone (Samsung) and a PC at the same time. I find the workmanship to be of high quality and the touch control works well. The sound is certainly a matter of taste, I find it quite neutral, which I like better with noise cancelling switched off. I can't judge the noise cancelling, I can't compare it and I rarely use it. UHQ can only be switched on (Note 8) when connected with the supplied cable.
Conclusion: I wouldn't buy it again, it's too big and heavy for me.
