Razer knows these two problems - and ignores them:
- Bluetooth connection drops several times an hour and doesn't recover on its own.
- The connection via USB dongle also breaks several times per hour, but recovers on its own. Nevertheless, it is very annoying that the mouse then stops again and again for a few seconds.
Because Razer ignores customer complaints - the problems have apparently been known for a long time, as the Internet reveals - and because Razer does not correct the errors, we will basically avoid Razer in the future. Fortunately, there are great alternatives that actually get the job done reliably.

The mouse consumes the batteries quite quickly. The supplied software is unnecessary respectively useless and does not work properly. The support can not solve this. Ergonomically it is very bad. I have mouse arm (formerly called tennis elbow) and suspect this mouse as the cause. Now when I need it every click hurts me. 30 years of Logitech had not given me this.

Mouse is ideal for iPad's as the direction of the mouse wheel can be adjusted (reversed from Apple). All buttons are adjustable on the PC and are then stored in the mouse and are then available under iPadOS 13.
