Fulfils the purpose 100%
Switching off and disconnecting from the multimedia clutter. There are still some small bugs that make the handling a bit difficult. But all in all, exactly what is needed to switch off. Thanks
(Picture quality must be rated, unfortunately! The phone does not display pictures)

UPDATE December 2018:
After more than 1 year of use, I can unfortunately say: Hands off -> I have the second replacement device and the errors always occur after some time of use. The sim card keeps "flying" out, which means re-entering the PIN. Very cool when you are on the phone (and are interrupted...) or typing SMS. These are then - NOT - saved. Complaints to the manufacturer: "Please contact your point of sale"... Oh, thank you very much for the tip... Below is the old rating:
First review (August 2017):
In order not to become a full-blown smombie, I was looking for a reasonable alternative. One that can't take photos, have games, mail or anything else useless. Only phone calls and text messages. That quickly brings me to the point. Uncompromising, stylish and (too) expensive. It sits well in the hand and can be operated one-handed without dislocating the thumb (a salute to all SmartphonePLUS users). Unfortunately, the price is not reflected in the workmanship. Although solid & robust, the shortcomings come when you take a closer look. Inserting the SIM card (ok, you usually do it once) is a tricky business. To plug the cable into the supplied charger and into the mobile phone, you almost have to use force; a better fit would have been desirable here. The same goes for the lighting. Individual keys are only halfway illuminated, which looks a little inconsistent. A mobile phone that focuses so much on design and then has such shortcomings?
The menu navigation also has some shortcomings. For example, the phone can only be locked from the home screen. If you have sent an SMS, you have to click "Back" several times until you press the On/Off button to lock the phone. The same applies when writing an SMS: Those who - like me - do without T9 will be annoyed by having to press "B" three times, as the sequence of characters is a ä b c and not a b c ä (as with other models). The font sizes are sometimes very different. The confirmation that an SMS has been sent is so small (even though the screen would allow more space) that even non-glasses wearers have to strain. Of course, many of these things are only minor, but at a price of over CHF 300 (which is no small matter), "one" (and also the manufacturer) is entitled to pay attention to such things.

Perfect for all people who don't need to be connected all the time but like to have a little more time for everything else.
A beautiful product with very good workmanship that does exactly what it is supposed to and only needs the socket again after more than a week.
