Good subwoofer for its size, but needs to be tuned carefully.

More than adequate subwoofer, it's just right for a small coupe like mine. Electronic music mostly. May not be very suitable for Rap music, as the small diaphragm does not allow for big bass at very low frequencies.

    I'm
not a fan of the remote control. In principle, a subwoofer can be adjusted once and done. I left it in the box and didn't take the time to run it in front like the other cables. It's a bit Jacky.

However, the subwoofer sometimes behaves strangely, I can listen to one song at full volume without any problem, and the subwoofer will saturate on the next even at half volume. The problem was solved by turning down the gain a bit from the remote.

    Pro

    • Good sound for the size
    • Easy to install
    • Sober, doesn't look like a nuclear reactor like some other subwoofers.

    Contra

    • Unnecessary remote control, adjustments on the cabinet would have sufficed.
    • Behavior a bit odd, built-in amp unstable at maximum gain.

In a Smart with 2 Quaker speakers it will probably do it...

Attention Blender! 150 W RMS is not right. After installation, the part couldn't even drown out the original system in my car. I looked it up on the manufacturer's site. This subwoofer has ONLY 75 W RMS
