    Disappointing in function and manufacturer customer service

    An impressive product in terms of concept.
    Unsatisfactory in use. Due to software (?), the device reacts to commands within menus in an unpredictable way, sluggishly or not at all, although the device demonstrably receives     commands. Device reset and update without success. Philips customer service offered no solution to the problem for over three weeks.

    Deficiencies hinder everyday use and are unacceptable for a small TV in this price range.

    • Narrow footprint

    • Deficiencies in the software (apps, settings)
    • Remote control looks cheap
    • Philips customer service disinterested

    You need to be an IT expert to get this to work

    • Perfect size for a small living room

    Contra

    • Loses WiFi connecting all the time.
    • Can’t work Bluetooth connection to tv from phone or laptop with both vision and sound!

    Does what I expect it too. Good sound. Great for it's price. Software and connectvity is really good
