This was not my first choice of Juicer when I was looking for a replacement, but it is not a bad juicer, at all. I've previously used a Champion 2000 and this compares pretty well. It's not perfect (nothing is), but if you use it right (ie you do not ram things in as quickly as possible and expect it to cope), it does make very nice fruit and vegetable juices.
The wide mouth and vertical standing are definite plusses, especially if you have limited kitchen space.
Pulp ejection/blockage can sometimes be an issue, especially with fibrous ingredients, although the one of the included cleaning brushes does help.
To be honest, correct ingredient prep does seem to help with this issue.
Re-feeding pulp (as I might do with the Champion) I'd suggest is not worth it (unlike the Champion), however the pulp is generally pretty dry so this isn't a major problem.
The top-parts wiggle slightly which initially concerned me, but after a week or so of constant use have proved not to be a problem at all. I'm not a fan of the dark smoked colour to the plastic as it somewhat obscures seeing what's going on, but it's not a show-stopper.
It's a bit expensive (but not as expensive as the Juicer I had initially decided upon, but didn't order as the vendor did not feel compelled to have a secure website for ordering :/) - the kind of expensive where one's spouse might comment "You spent *how much* on a juicer?!" - but then you serve them some freshly done juice and suddenly it's "Yum! OK!" ;) EDIT: In fact, after a couple of weeks solid usage, my family are solidly in agreement that buying this Juicer was a good idea. My dear wife in particular is pleased that the mid-week energy slump she previously suffered has seemingly disappeared after some serious veggy juicing sessions
