    RPG fan? Buy it!

After almost 40 hours of play, I'm about 2/3 of the way through the story and I'm sure I still have over 100 side quests and achievements to complete. In a nutshell: The game is an absolute blast. Rarely have I experienced so much variety, such beautiful graphics, such a good soundtrack and such a gripping atmosphere in one game, except maybe in the predecessor. It's like playing a very good anime. There is a lot to do. In addition to the main story, you can also work on many side quests. As if that weren't enough, there are also so-called errands, in which you sometimes have to collect items, sometimes you have to kill certain enemies and sometimes you have to go on other journeys of discovery. As if that weren't enough, you also have to build up and develop your own kingdom, whereby certain buildings can be researched to improve certain points. Or you can buy armour, weapons and other items in your own shops. It's worth mentioning that the game has no micro-transactions, something I haven't experienced in a while.
The only weak point: the rather low difficulty level. So far, I've had one moment where I've reached my limits a little, where the opponent was seven levels higher than me.
Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about in my eyes. A contender for game of the year.

The King's Edition is also a feast for the eyes and ears, made with a lot of love. My personal highlights are the diorama music box and the soundtrack record (yes, vinyl).

(Note: There is no multiplayer mode, but it is imperative that I give a score here).
