Very good mouse
Super mouse. At the beginning it takes a while to get used to it, but then it works very well. Unfortunately, this is already my second mouse. After 1 year of continuous use, the top mouse button (left mouse button) no longer works properly. Instead of a single click, it makes double clicks.

Quality / price ratio
For years I swear by this model, and I'm glad you can still find it! The mouse is precise, the hand fits very well and all buttons are easily accessible.

Solid mouse with classic functions and no frills; very suitable for drawing (CAD, GIS, Photoshop etc.) as the mouse can be guided very precisely.

Caution: 500s instead of 500 Refresh
Unfortunately, after several returns and new consignments, I still have the wrong mouse (always 500s instead of the refresh). Digitec still can't get to grips with it, even though the labels and scan codes say 500s on them. Finally, they now tell me to send everything back and that there will be no replacements as they are no longer receiving a reply from the supplier. Great performance ...
It's not clear to me what can be so difficult about this. Something like this can go wrong once, but not over years and then several times in the same order.Pro

Once again, an M500s was delivered instead of the ordered M500 or M500Refresh.
It seems that the entire delivery of the mice was incorrectly registered at Digitec.Stepless mouse wheel is a must have

Incorrect delivery
My low rating does not refer to this mouse, which is very good, but to the delivery. If you go through the reviews here on Galaxus, especially the bad ones, you will see that several customers have reported that they ordered an M500 Refresh but received an M500s - a slightly lower quality model that is also available on Galaxus and costs less. I had exactly the same experience. As I can see from the other reviews that the attempt to exchange the mouse for the correct model ordered failed in some cases even after several attempts, I don't bother and just put up with this M500s. So if you really want an M500 Refresh, you'd better not order it here. And, as I said, you can also order an M500s directly here for less money.

A reliable working horse, buying them since 2018
All ones from the batch I bought back in 2018 still work and clicking is what I do for living. Bought another one in 2022 for a family member.
Please note, no matter how great feedbacks are, when buying a new type/shape/brand of mouse it is highly recommended to at least try holding it in your hand in one of the offline shops. A mouse perfect for someone else can be too small, too large, too heavy, too light, twisted too much to the side, not twisted enough, etc.Simply the best
A wired mouse offers the same possibilities as a wireless one, without using batteries, think about it ;-)

Flawless, but wrong mouse in the packaging
You can't complain about the mouse. Everything is flawless. Nevertheless, one star deduction because 1. obviously Digitec took the wrong mouse from the shelf and 2. Logitech (China) again packed one mouse in the packaging of another mouse...all right? I ordered a M500 Refresh P/N: 910-003726 but received a product that says P/N 910-005784 (M500s) on the box but the mouse says P/N 810-006874 (M500). No customer information
We have ordered the mouse for our company several times. With an additional order of 1 piece: 1. status "ready for dispatch from external warehouse", 2. after 2 weeks still nothing delivered, 3. contact made with Digitec, 4. article no longer available.
Conclusion: You cannot rely on an order confirmation from Digitec! No information (only when asked where the delivery is) that the item is no longer available. What a pity! Therefore only 2 stars in this case. Otherwise, the product is top!Pro

Good and cheap
Ideal mouse with cable. Lies well in the hand.
Simple mouse with the necessary additional buttons
My tip: After a few years, the rubber coating, which is only sprayed on, starts to become sticky. Simply wipe it off with a clean cloth soaked in alcohol. This way, the mouse can be used again without any problems.

Ergonomic mouse
Digitec offers 3 Logitec M500 mice and 3 different prices. Using the comparison tool we can see that 2 models have a resolution of 1000 dpi and one of 4 dpi! In short, it's all a big mess.
I'm not sure how to use the mouse, but it's nice and it works perfectly.
