La Piccola Piccola
E.S.E.
Have been using my La Piccola Piccola for about a month now. Ordered it from Galaxus in the evening and was able to pick it up the following lunchtime. Bravissimo!
I immediately bought a pack of Amici espresso pods at the Coop to start using the machine. And what can I say: a bitter disappointment!
I then ordered a large selection of individual pods online (not from Galaxus) to search for the perfect espresso and lungo. And lo and behold: the disappointment has now turned into enthusiasm! The machine can do what it has to do: namely, make top-quality coffee at gastronomic level. What matters is what you feed it. I can only recommend that you taste various pods yourself and not settle for the first brand and blame the machine if it doesn't taste as expected.
So far, I am completely happy with the purchase. Whether the La Piccola Piccola will prove itself in long-term use (keyword: Italian "engineering") remains to be seen.
PS: The picture at Galaxus shows an older version of the machine. Here are two pictures of the currently delivered model. The main differences are the angular cut-out at the front of the water collection tray and the fact that the housing at the back of the water tank is not raised. And above all: The start/stop button on top of the housing lights up when the machine is switched on. (On earlier models, only the on/off button on the back of the housing lit up.)

Looks nice, otherwise not to use.
After 10 days defective, no more pressure. Even without pad came through no water.
Quickly replaced because DOA. Replacement after 3 weeks with the same problem!
NOT TO USE!!!
Contra
The machine has after a very short time can hardly build up more pressure - despite the use of different pads. After 2x send in and involve Galaxus, the machine looks aged by 10 years, had a mold-like contamination in the silicone hose and leaks, so that the pad is full of coffee each after 3x use. The machine was never replaced and in the repair description was stats that the machine was cleaned and decalcified for free as a gesture of goodwill. From the first idle where some coffee grounds were still present, not much to notice. I have photodocumented the whole thing and since then heard nothing more from Galaxus. Disappointing.

For lovers of a real Italian espresso
Small, handy espresso machine without too many buttons and built only for the most essential things: Making an espresso. Suuuuuper!
Good price/performance.
Inexpensive switch from Nespresso system. Compact, reduced design. Good coffee quality, although not quite on the level of good portafilter machines - which is not to be expected given the huge price difference. Housing with somewhat rustic finish in detail. Pleasant, small coffee machine.
