Highly recommended for touring cyclists. Price / performance is right.
As a touring cyclist with e-bike I have long been looking for an affordable navigator, so that we also come on unfamiliar paths stress-free to the destination or home. We do not need fitness data but pure navigation. After the first tour with the "Edge Explore" I am already thrilled, it works great. For more info but look at the video of Matthias Schwindt there you will find valuable info on the use and tour planning. Has helped me a lot in the product selection....

Had never used a Garmin before or planned routes. After a few hours with the Explore and on the computer I got along quite well with Komoot for route planning. The rest is practice, so plan routes and go!
Start--destination input without planning also works with the Explore. That can not many Rad-Navi's. Hab's but not yet used in practice.Pro

Actually perfect as a Navi, just this holder but the software and hardware makes it null. Takes forever to calculate a route and always wanted to steer me on main roads garmin that is nothing, hollt you rather a handyapp cheaper and better at route calculation and ne nice velohalterung.
