The best box of coloured pencils.
I know these pencils. I wanted to buy the biggest box in the range. The Digitech price defies all competition. However, when I received it, the packaging was ripped open, the box of pencils was dirty inside and out. Inside, on the first floor, half the pencils had broken leads and stains on the wood. I cleaned and sharpened the pencils. No damage to the quality of the lead, apparently. My first thought was that this box must have travelled several times, even having already been sold to someone else who returned it. In short, nothing serious, but I'd like the Digitech company, as it no longer has any active competitors, to take their customers' comments very seriously and do their utmost to restore the customer service that was in place at the start of the business.
